MONTREAL, July 28 /CNW Telbec/ - Noveko International Inc. ("Noveko" or
the "Corporation") is pleased to announce that its Class A Shares will be
posted for trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange at the opening of business
today, July 28, 2008, under the ticker symbol EKO - the same symbol used when
its shares were traded on the TSX Venture Exchange.

Appointment of Alain Falardeau LL.B. as the Corporation's Vice-President,
Legal Affairs

Noveko is also pleased to announce the appointment of Alain Falardeau to
the newly created position of Vice-President, Legal Affairs. Mr. Falardeau has
over twenty years' experience in commercial law, more specifically in all
aspects of securities law, corporate financing and business acquisitions. He
was previously senior counsel with Marchand Melançon Forget, a Montreal law
firm.
"Noveko's current and future growth requires a strong, cohesive
management team, and Mr. Falardeau will make an excellent addition to our
group, given his expertise and his solid experience in commercial law. In
addition, Mr. Falardeau knows Noveko well, since he has acted as our external
legal advisor for several years. We are very pleased that he is joining our
team," indicated André Leroux, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Noveko.

Stock Option Grants

Noveko's Board of Directors granted options to some of the group's
employees, allowing them to acquire a total of 350,000 Class A shares of
Noveko, at a unit price of $3.52, subject to the terms of Noveko's Stock
Option Plan.
